Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Standard courier transit to your residential or office address, including building number, apartment, city, and postal code. Parcels valued over £50.00 may require a recipient signature.

Pickup point

Collect your shipment from a local locker or partner collection point. The carrier holds parcels for 7 days before returning them to our warehouse.

Order processing

Orders registered before 12:30 on regular working days dispatch that afternoon. Orders placed past this time, on Saturdays, Sundays, or official holidays leave our facility the next working day. You receive an immediate receipt email containing your reference code.

All food supplement containers are enclosed in tamper-evident sealed bottles or blister packs, cushioned inside double-walled corrugated boxes with thermal barrier padding to prevent moisture or mechanical transit damage.

Tracking your parcel

Once dispatched, an automated tracking reference is transmitted via email or SMS, providing real-time tracking updates until safe physical delivery.

Lost or delayed parcel

If shipment tracking shows no scan updates for 5 business days, write to [email protected] citing your order reference. We file a trace investigation with the courier and either dispatch a fresh package or issue a full refund, per your instruction, within 10 business days of the inquiry.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect the outer box immediately upon arrival. If outer damage or broken internal safety seals are detected, record photographic evidence and notify [email protected] within 48 hours to secure a complimentary replacement parcel.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Hand payment directly to the courier upon delivery. Upfront settlement is not required.

Bank transfer

Transfer the total to our bank account. Bank details appear on the checkout summary and inside your confirmation email. We pack and ship the order once funds clear, typically within one business day.

Supported payment options are Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never request credit card numbers or banking passwords via email or telephone.
