Conditions

To qualify for a refund within the 30-day window, dietary supplement containers must remain in their original external packaging, strictly unopened, with all original factory safety caps, heat-induction seals, and tamper-evident shrink bands completely intact and undamaged.

In compliance with UK health and safety regulations, any dietary supplement, vitamin bottle, or consumable product that has been opened, unsealed, or has a compromised security seal is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to public health protection and contamination risks.

Return procedure

Contact [email protected] within 30 days of receipt, stating your order reference number and reason for return
Receive written Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) documentation and our UK returns facility address
Pack the unopened products securely in strong packaging to ensure adequate protection during return transit
Receive the refund via Direct Bank Transfer within 3 to 10 business days following return inspection and seal verification

Who pays return shipping

When a tub is damaged, broken, or sent by mistake, we cover the postage by issuing a prepaid slip or booking a driver. If you decided not to keep the product, you cover standard postage; we make no extra deductions.

Refund timing and method

We issue the funds within 3 business days of checking the product. For cash on delivery orders, we transfer money to your designated bank account; direct bank transfers return to the sending account. Banks normally clear transactions in 1-5 business days.

Exchanges

To switch to another formulation or pack size, submit your return and enter a separate order; we refund the initial bottle once checked. If we dispatched the wrong supplement, your replacement order travels free of charge.
