The goods

Pillar Essentials Ltd retails premium dietary supplements, general men's multivitamin complexes, botanical nutritional formulations, and routine wellness consumables. Each item entry states the active ingredients, tablet or capsule count, and dosage form. Pictures represent the items; physical packaging details can vary slightly.

Ordering and contract

You submit an order by completing the final purchase step. We acknowledge this via email; our sale contract begins when the parcel leaves our dispatch area. We retain the right to decline orders due to depleted batches or unverified address details, reimbursing any paid sum immediately.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in GBP and include statutory VAT where due. Shipping fees display clearly before final checkout. Available payment options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious price error occurs, we will notify you before dispatch to confirm the correct charge or cancel.

Delivery

Carriers, transit periods, and rates are detailed on our Delivery & Payment summary. Responsibility for the parcel shifts to you upon physical handover.

Product images and colours

Pack images depict actual product inventory. Display colours can vary according to monitor calibration, operating software, and ambient room lighting; subtle label hue variations are not flaws and do not qualify for unpaid returns or cash allowances. Mineral specs, plant extracts, and fill weights are stated on each entry.

Transfer of risk

Products remain our duty until the delivery driver delivers them to you or an authorized individual at your stated address. Loss or breakage risk moves to you immediately upon receipt. External shipping damage must be recorded with the driver and notified to our support desk within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can send products back within 30 days of arrival under the rules detailed on our Returns overview. Goods supplied are subject to statutory conformity under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Pillar Essentials Ltd warrants that dietary supplements match their descriptive specification, are free from physical defects, and maintain declared ingredient shelf-stability under standard ambient storage conditions until the indicated expiry date.

• Nutritional goods with a remaining manufacturer shelf life under 30 days at the time of return request
• Opened or unsealed food supplement bottles, broken tamper-evident seals, or unsealed blister packs due to biosecurity and hygiene protection
• Products that have become inseparably mixed or combined with other goods or substances after delivery
• Downloaded digital nutrition schedules, wellness guides, or educational content once access has been initiated

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, our aggregate legal liability for any claim arising out of your order shall not exceed £100 or the total purchase price paid for the affected goods, whichever is lower. Nothing in these conditions removes or restricts statutory liabilities that cannot be excluded by relevant law.

Age and use

You must reach 18 years of age to order. Take all supplements according to bottle directions; dietary products do not replace medical evaluation or clinical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. When direct communication does not resolve a dispute, jurisdiction falls to the court where the seller is registered. Your local statutory consumer rights remain intact.
